At The Reformer Lounge, we don’t believe in quick fixes or passive movement. This is about showing up for yourself and doing the work. Change happens when you move with intention and stay consistent. We’re here to guide you, but the strength, flexibility, and resilience? That’s yours to build.

Before You Arrive
Parking: There’s a space to the left of the studio building. If it’s full, continue down past the café to the additional car park at the bottom.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in, first sessions include a brief orientation.
What to Wear & Bring
Wear: Comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely. No zips please they can damage the Reformers.
Socks: Grippy socks are required (available in studio to purchase at £12)
Bring: Water, socks, and a willingness to move.
Hair: Long hair should be tied back for safety.
During the Session
This is a space for focused, intentional movement. You’ll be guided clearly, but you’ll also be asked to engage, explore, and challenge yourself. That’s where the results live.
We’ll meet you at your level but we’ll also invite you to step forward from there. Every exercise can be adjusted to your body and goals, but don’t mistake “supportive” for easy. This is where strength is earned.
After Your Session
Take a moment to feel the difference and know that this is just the beginning. Progress comes with consistency, so don’t wait too long to book your next session.
FAQs
I’ve never used a Reformer will I be OK?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are new when they start. We teach you how to move safely and effectively but you’ll need to stay present and committed. Trust the process and give your body time to adapt.
How sore will I feel after?
You may feel muscles you haven’t met before that’s a good sign. Expect post-session awareness, not pain. If anything feels wrong, speak up but don’t be afraid to feel challenged.
Still Have Questions?
