Most clients feel a difference within 10 sessions, notice changes by 20, and see visible improvements around 30 sessions especially when practising consistently (2 sessions per week).
Pilates primarily tones and strengthens the body from within. Paired with a healthy lifestyle, it can support weight management and body composition improvements. Pilates is a commentary method to assist you with your other cardio training.

From group reformer classes to private reformer classes, there is something for everyone. If you are new to the Reformer start with the Foundations class first. If you are nervous contact the studio to book a private 1:2:1 to get your confidence and then we can advise you which class would best suit you.
If you are injured in a way that effects your normal movement significantly, we recommend clearance form your Physiotherapist/Osteopath/GP before commencing classes.
If your injury is acute (red/hot/swollen) or recently post operation we also recommend clearance from a health professional before commencing classes.
Chronic pain – associated with injuries no longer red/hot/swollen – usually responds very well to exercise and the NICE National guidelines recommend maintaining as close to normal activity levels.
Start with a private session so your instructor can tailor exercises safely and recommend which group class would be most suitable when you are ready to return.
