REFORMER FOUNDATION
Perfect if you’re new to Reformer Pilates, returning after a break, or managing an injury.
This is the ideal place to start if you’re stepping onto the Reformer for the first time. The class moves at a slower, more mindful pace, focusing on the foundations of Reformer Pilates. Using the Reformer's spring resistance, you’ll be guided through smooth, thoughtfully sequenced exercises that build strength, mobility, and confidence—always with options to suit your body’s needs.
It’s an ideal choice if you want to move safely, reconnect with your body, and gently build strength that supports you in everyday life.
Classes are 50 minutes.
OPEN LEVEL REFORMER
Our signature class at The Lounge designed for confident movers with prior Reformer Pilates experience.
This dynamic, open-level session flows through a creative sequence of Reformer exercises to build strength, enhance flexibility, and refine your movement skills. Layers and progressions are always offered, allowing you to challenge yourself at the right level.
Please note: This class is not suitable if you are managing injuries or looking for a slower-paced, beginner introduction.
Classes are 50 minutes.
PERSONAL TRAINING
A completely tailored experience designed around you. Our private sessions offer the highest level of personal attention, helping you build strength, flexibility and confidence at your own pace, with every movement guided, adjusted and aligned to your unique body and goals.
Whether you are recovering from injury, navigating pregnancy or post natal changes or simply prefer a focused 1:1 environment, this is the ideal way to begin or deepen your Pilates practice. Each session is thoughtfully sequenced, calm, purposeful with hands on support.

DUET REFORMER SESSIONS
Move together, grow together. Duet sessions are perfect if you like to train alongside a friend, partner or family member while still benefiting from personalised instruction and a tailored approach. Sessions are designed to suit both clients, with clear guidance and plenty of hands on support.
This is a great option if you enjoy a little motivation and connection in your movement while still working toward your individual goals.
60 minutes £45 each
For clients who are pregnant or managing injuries we may recommend starting with a 1:1 session to ensure you receive the support you need.
PRIVATE HIRE
Looking to do something a little different? Whether you are celebrating a birthday, planning a mindful start to a hen weekend, or gathering your team for a lunchtime reset. Having the whole studio to yourselves is a unique and uplifting way to move together.
Enjoy exclusive use of the studio for up to six guests, with a class tailored to your groups needs, energy and experience level. We will guide you through a calm, but feel good session that leaves everyone feeling stronger, more connected and ready for whatever comes next.
