Perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates or returning after a break. This calm, supportive class is designed to introduce you to the foundations of Reformer Pilates. You will leran how to move safely and effectively, with focus on building strength, flexibility and confidence in your body, all at your own pace. Expect guided, hands on support, thoughtfully sequenced exercises and time to truly connect with your body. No experience needed.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow your space to be filled. If you cancel within 24 hours or don't attend your session, you will be charged in full.
